Diane R. Mshar, 51, of Camp Hill passed away Friday, June 14, 2013 at her home. She was born May 22, 1962, at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to Harvey C. and Grace M. Letterman.
Diane was a graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. She worked at PennAg Industries Association in Harrisburg as an Administrative Assistant. Diane enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and volunteering with the Pennsylvania Federation of Democratic Women. Diane was an avid reader of novels and enjoyed music and the movies.
A loving wife of 23 years, mother, grandmother, aunt, daughter, sister, daughter-in-law, and friend, she will be missed dearly. She is survived by her husband, Tom; son Andrew of State College; step-sons Thomas Mshar and wife Liz of Waxhaw, NC, and Nick Mshar of Carrboro, NC; parents Harvey and Grace Letterman of Mechanicsburg; siblings Christine Zinda and husband Brad of Ashburn, VA, Linda Hoke and husband Steve of Mechanicsburg, Wayne Letterman and wife Amy of Mechanicsburg, and Kenneth Letterman and wife Tammy of Camp Hill; grandchildren Eden and Landon of Waxhaw, NC; in-law Don and Becky Mshar of Davenport, FL; and 11 nieces and nephews.
A Visitation with family members will be hosted at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Camp Hill on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 10am. Followed immediately by a Mass at 11am in her honor.
Arrangements are by Auer Cremation Services of Pennsylvania.
