Michael Arnold Mcgarrah, age 46, passed away unexpectedly on Jan. 7, 2009, in Reno.
He was a dept. manager at Walmart in Fallon.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy; daughters, Rachael and Heather; stedaughter, Heidi Perthel; and father and mother, Hank and Patti McGarrah.
Memorial services were held on Sat. Jan. 10 at 2 p.m. at Smith Family Funeral Home in Fallon, NV.
Michael (Mike) McGarrah passed away on Jan. 7th 2009. He died from complications of a recluse spider bite and walking pneumonia. He was was bitten about 6 years ago and it caused massive blood clots. He caught a bad cold in the last part of 2008 and evolved into walking pneumonia. He went into a hospital in Reno, NV, a blood clot broke loose, his heart stopped and he left to be with the Lord in Heaven.
