Dear Classmates,
Interest was high, the contract is signed, and the date is firm, so the Fiftieth Class Reunion for the Media High School Class of 1963 is a reality.

The date is October 19, 2013. The place is the Brandywine Room at the Best Western, Concordville Hotel. The event will start at 5:00 and go until 10:00 with a buffet style dinner and cash bar. Also, music for your listening and dancing pleasure.

We've set the ticket price at $50.00 per person. One buck for every year since we graduated! To purchase your tickets please pay by check payable to William Rawley. The mailing address is provided below. Sorry, no paypal or credit cards, just old school. 

We've also reserved a block of rooms at a group rate if you are interested in staying over. To get that rate please use the group code 'MED1963' when making your room reservation. There are only a certain number of group rate reservations available. You may make reservations by calling (610) 358-9400 or you can go online at<www.concordvilleinn.com>. I'm told that the rate includes a hot breakfast buffet as well. 

Please be reminded that we are planning two other events for the weekend as well. Friday night we're having a Happy Hour at the Town House in Media, and Saturday afternoon we are going to tour our old, but newly renovated high school. The Friday night happy hour is a cash bar and you can just show up. It would be nice to know how many folks would be interested in this event. You can just shoot us an email if you think you'll be there. For the school tour event we need to have a count, so please let us know if you have an interest in this tour. There is a minimum fee to pay for a custodial person to close up the building so we'll probably hit you all for a buck or two down the road. 

Finally, we are going to be sending along a questionnaire that we hope everyone will participate by filling out so that we can make up a souvenir booklet. If you have pictures you'd like included send them to any of us in a file format via email and we'll do our best to get them in.
