Howard Joyce, of Eastampton, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at his home. He was 54. He was born in Alexandria, VA; the son of Mary Joyce and the late Francis Joyce.

Howard was an avid Flyers and Eagles fan. He enjoyed playing hockey and was an inspirational coach for many hockey organizations. He was passionate about his players and treated them as his own. He loved to fish and golf and enjoyed playing fantasy football. He enjoyed the beach and loved to travel to all-inclusive beach resorts. He adored his wife, children, and family.

Howard is survived by his wife Paulla (nee Cummings) Joyce; son, Ryan Joyce; two step-sons, Cory Amerman and Matthew Martin; mother, Mary Joyce; sister, Francine Joyce Martin; brother in law, John Martin; sister in law, Kellie Maxwell; brother in law, Tom Maxwell; mother in law, Sandy Earley; two nieces, Madeline Martin and Helena Martin; and his beloved dog, Trixy. He was predeceased by his father, Francis Joyce and father in law, Theodore Cummings.

Relatives and friends may visit the family on Friday, June 9 from 10:30-12:30 PM at Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mt. Holly, NJ. Funeral services will follow at 12:30 PM at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Hainesport. Per Howard's request, family and friends should wear their favorite sports teams to his funeral except the rivals of the Eagles and Flyers.
