Albert J. Jones, Jr. passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 24, 2004 at the Lockport Memorial Hospital.  He was born in Jacksonville, NC, June 1, 1951, a son of Mary C. (Horvat) Jones and the late Albert J. Jones, Sr.    A 1970 graduate of Medina High School, he served in the US Army and Navy. He enjoyed playing bingo, fishing, using the computer and talking on his CB radio.  He was a member of the Shelby Volunteer Fire Company and the Sacred Heart Club of Medina. Survivors include his daughter, Amber Jones; his mother, Mary C. Jones of Medina; a sister, Gail Grabowski of NC; two brothers, Mike (Candy) Jones of Medina and Rich (Doris) Jones of Waterport; two aunts, Anne (Raymond) Schwartz of Hornell and Patricia Horvat of Hornell; several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his father, Albert J. Jones, Sr. and a brother, Robert C. Jones.  Military honors were accorded at the graveside at the Veterans Section of Boxwood Cemetery by members of the Leo Grabowski Memorial Chapter 3202 Disabled American Veterans, Lincoln Post #1483 Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Butts-Clark Post #204 American Legion.
