God gave you a gift of 86,400 seconds today.
Have you used one to say 'thank you?'
~William Arthur Ward~
Jimmy, it's a blessing and also encouraging to see your post on the
website. Those classmates who don't often hear from you or even know
whether you remain among the living, have been blessed too. Many of
us are also awaiting the gift of grace to close out our threescore years
and ten. Once blessed to prosper that age, I believe that we will
officially begin to enjoy the gift of grace, plus the gift of mercy, more
remarkably.
We'll need those gifts to fulfill the second fortune from Psalm 90:10;
and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their
strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. We
should all enjoy continued longevity of life and we're experiencing that
enjoyment, each day. Fourscore years will become our next goal.
Many of us have retired, have children and grandkids, maybe even
greatgrands. Some us are self-employed, or just awaiting until we
decide it's time. Long story short Jimmie, your profile tells an ole
febble mind like mine, that you're already enjoying life and will
definately enjoy being seventy. The visions that you've exercised over
the years will continue to assist you. Remaining married fifty years, to
the same gracious woman, is not easily accomplished these days. Life
is GOOD! No offense, to others who haven't been fortunate enough to
cross that threshold yet.
Your wish for everyone to have a good life, is an excellent start.
Please continue to extend wellness and prosperity to others according
to Luke 6:31; And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to
them likewise. By the way, when is your birthday?...it's not listed in
your profile. Thanks again for reading and using this website for it's
original purposes. Looking forward to your next post on the forum.
Stay safe my friend, enjoy the remainder of your day, much Love and
Blessings to you and your family.
