I praise God for the blessings bestowed upon our sister Bonnie. Please continue to offer prayers on her behalf. To Eugene, I am honored that the Memphis City Schools were desegregated 55 years ago today, on your birthday. There's no telling where I may have attended elementary school. To the other members born during the month :  'Age' is the acceptance of a term of years. But maturity is the glory of years.~ Martha Graham~ I pray that you continue to have many glorious days ahead of you.

Good Morning fellow classmates, Great news, Bonnie is out of ICU and in a room. I visited her Sunday afternoon and when I walked into her room, she was watching football (Cowboys) and talking up a storm. Thank you for all of the prayers and please continue to pray for her recovery. I have been advised by the family if you wish to send get well cards you may send them to Bonnie P. Mills, 1784 Tahiti Lane, Memphis, Tn. 38117.

So let us shower her with get well cards!

Hello Classmates. At our last reunuion we vowed that we would all work hard to keep in touch. We agreed that intentionally meeting every five years was just no longer practical considering our "maturity."

I would like to invite the class on an outing. Let's get together to talk and renew our support for each other.

Let's do a matinee play at Hattiloo Theatre and have a meal together afterwards.

When:   November 20, 2016 at 3pm Closing Night

You can go to the website to get information about the play. Please purchase your tickets as soon as possible at the location or online.  General seating is 30 min before curtain. Doors open one hour before curtain and there is no late seating. Pass the word on. I hope to see you there!

Pat, that is a Great Idea! Our Class of "BTW" 1970 should: Plan and Follow-Thru with some type(s) of Social Gatherings and/or Fellowship for Any and All "1970" BTW Classmates... Every 3-4 Months if not Every Month. Not as a Fund Raiser or Clubbing(Drinking). We can and should Plan "Our Gathering"(not meeting) around Events in Memphis, "BTW", or anything Members choose: Bowling, Movies, Boatrides,Tours,Etc.. Just, Gathering and Greeting Each Other........ Would be Great!
