I attended Alabama A&M after graduation on a football scholarship and found that football wasn't as important to me anymore. I returned to Memphis where I went to school and worked until cooking caught my attention. I moved to Austin, Texas where I attended culinary school and got my degree in 2004. I now am the Chef/Owner of Chef 4 a Day Catering where I offer catering, personal chef and cooking lesson services. I also work as a kitchen supervisor at Bon Appetit. Last year I welcomed my daughter into the world on May 18th. I'm working on opening my first restaurant!
