Rozanne was a friend from childhood, a 12 year senior. She was a wonderful girl, and I was blessed to have known her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.  Her WHS classmates share in their loss.

I will miss her.  We weren't close, but I knew she was gentle and kind because in the lunch line, where I most often ran into her, she would graciously smile at my mild (and mostly bad) jokes. To her aesthetic credit, she never actually laughed out loud at any of them.

But I will always remember her and her wonderful smile.

Rozanne and I were in Spanish I together.  I will never forget the group video project we did using our dialogues.  We had a lot of fun at various locations, on and off campus, and shared a great learning experience.  ¡Hasta luego mi amiga!  Bendici'on.

Rozanne & I became friends when my family moved to Whitehaven in 1957. We soon discovered that we had family connections! I was honored to be a bridesmaid in her wedding. We later found we lived 2 1/2 hrs from each other. She in Frankin,TN & I in Gunterwville,AL. In Nov.2014 she and John visited with David and me. We had a wonderful time catching up on so many years. We have been corresponding since then. I will miss my dear friend but until we meet again, Rest In Peace Rozanne.

I will miss her so much. We were together from kindergarten until we graduated. We played ball together, had classes together, and after we married our husbands served in the military at the same station in Washington DC. We raised our babies together. We laughed and cried together through many life circumstances and stayed close for all these years. She was and is a joy and a blessing to me. I will think of her always  as the friend who "loved to laugh." She loved Jesus. I will see you again my friend. Barbara Wall Rimer

Rozanne and I were toddlers together. And since our fathers both worked for the phone company our families visited each other regularly in those early days and beyond. She came over to my mother's house throughout the later years in Memphis. I remember her fun-loving spirit, and grieve her loss. Our deepest sympathy is with her husband John and Cris, Robyn and Erin.

Rozanne was my very "first date" as she agreed to be my partner when our class appeared on Wink Martindale's "Dance Party!" I remember the practice session at the Country Club as she helped me with her "twirl." She was a very sweet and kind person and I considered her as a very special friend. I will always treasure the memory of our "first dance!"
