Kim L. Goodrich, 27, West St. Paul, was killed in a car rollover and 8:25 pm Friday. Richard Tull, Mendota Heights police chief, said Goodrich was driving south on Victoria Road when he apparently lost control.  The car went down an embankment.  Goodrich was dead at the scene.  A passenger was not injured.

Kim married Deborah Marie Layland f/k/a Deborah Marie Markgraf about 1979.  She remarried but is now deceased.
