Paul was a good friend of ours. He always had a kind word and a God Bless you at the end of every conversation. He is truly in no more pain and is now free from his mental illness.  He was a good person and lived a full life as much as he could. I hope someone else has some good memories of Paul that they can share.

Paul was my first friend growing up across the street from me.
From second grade to High School.
I lost touch with him while we were in the USMC.
We grew up and shared many life experiences together.
From playing in the woods to sledding in the park.
I would hang out when he prcticed plying his trombone.
It was allways a big thing for me to run over to his house on Christmas Day to see what neat things he would get. Like the time he got the Chemistry set.
We would watch TV together in his basement. It was a big deal to watch Star Trek and see if his Uncle "Perin" was in some episode's, and in the Jack Webb movie, "Dragnet" and he played the villan at the end.
We were kids in the 60's and that was our "Wonder Years".
It saddened me to know he had a difficult time and i could not locate after returning to Wisconsin.
