Evers, Holly S. (Formerly Zajackowski) Age 53, died Saturday January 2, 2010. Loving mother to Daniel, James and Gary Zajackowski. Further survived by mother Jean Gitzlaff, brother John (Juli) Evers, father Jack Evers and former husband Greg Zajackowski.
