Kim Bruder McCarty

I went to WCTC for 2 years after High School, my first husband and I got married in 1981 and started a catering business and then had a landscaping business. Kevin went to heaven in 1994 and I remarried to Robert McCarty and have been his devoted house wife for since 1998. We both also own 2 other places in Wisconsin, Big flat which he calls it his dog house and the 20 acres of beautiful landscape in the town of Freeman near the Mississippi River. As the years went on my husband Bob and I went on an Alaska Cruise, I went on a Caribbean Cruise the year Katrina came (actually it was a month after), I also went on a cruise European Cruise with my mom in 2008. My husband and I traveled through the USA for the past 16 years, we both like to travel, fish and spend time with the family and our properties. I am now a CNA caregiver through a private agency and also babysit our Granddaughter, Grandson and a little girl named Lilly.
I thought I would give you a heads up on what I have been doing, I still take care of Granddaughter who is now 4 years and a delightful age, and also a 2 yr. old girl & 6-month-old as of March 1st, 2016 grandson. I still take care of a 93 year old gentlemen in Sussex and love it. In June 2014 on June 18th (my son's 29th birthday) I had a heart attack; they said my vessel in my heart collapsed. While I was biking a 14-mile bike ride the previous day, I came home feeling good about it, then I got a migraine. I took my migraine pill and about 3 hrs. Later I could not breathe and my right side felt numb, I drove myself to community Memorial, (everyone was not home) I could have called 911, but figured I could get there faster on my own. I am now going to Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, I will finish by Oct. 2nd, in time for the Reunion looking great, I hope. Well, this year I did not get a chance to do my Triathlon, so I will try next year, with good help from all the medical team behind me. My husband and I are planning our 2nd Alaska Cruise for 10 days this time, with my parents and another couple in August 2015.

I enjoyed watching my brother play basketball, I think he was the best player on the team. Hanging out with Diana, Jan and Annette. While my brother and I went through the hall way we always made faces at each other or ignor each other, what can you say having a brother and sister in the same class? also having the girls our Senior sign his yearbook, he would give me his yearbook for certain girls to sign it .LOL
