Tom Wasik was 34 when he died of a head wound suffered in a one-vehicle accident on Jack Road in Saint Thomas. His vehicle skidded across the road and struck a utility pole, then flipped on its roof in a field. He was partially ejected from the vehicle. It happened a Sunday night, November 5, 1989 at 7:40 P.M.
He was born August 21, 1955 in Grand Island, Nebraska. He was the son of Robert E. Wasik and Wilhelmina Petersen Wasik. He and his brother owned/operated Wasik Auto Machine on Guilford Avenue in Chambersburg. He was a member of the Chambersburg Club. He has a brother, Robert and two sisters, Lynn and Carol.
He is buried in Lincoln Cemetery.
