Obituary for Merle E Clevenger Jr.

Merle E. Clevenger, Jr., 63, of Greencastle, died July 9, 2018 at his home.
Born September 23, 1954 at Waynesboro, he was a son of Merle S. Clevenger, Sr. of Mercersburg, and the late Blanche E. Sweeney Clevenger.
Merle was a 1973 graduate of James Buchanan High School. He had worked at Grove Worldwide of Shady Grove. He retired from JLG of McConnellsburg, following 32 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his father he is survived by a daughter, April L. Reese of Chambersburg, a son, Toby A. Clevenger of Mechanicsburg, five grandchildren, Holly, Heaven, John, III, Bailey and Drew. In addition to his mother, Merle was preceded in death by a grandson, Dalton and a brother, Michael Clevenger.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM July 12, 2018 at Greencastle Church of God with Pastor Floyd E. Myers officiating. Burial will be at Montgomery Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Mercersburg.
