I will miss our annual visits and lobster dinners in Maine.  Susan was a good friend and I will miss her very much, but am glad that she is at peace and no longer suffering.  My deepest condolences to all her family.

My dear friend Sue,

We first became friends when we noticed we were in all the same classes freshmen year.  The friendship continued and grew after we graduated from Platt.  Even though we were separated by distance while Ron was in the Navy, we always kept in contact with one another.  Eventually, you moved to areas closer to me - Norwich, CT, Boston, MA, and finally York and Kittery, ME.  If I wasn't visiting you and your growing family, we'd be on the phone for hours at a time sharing in one another's lives..

You were truly the sister I never had. I will deeply miss you and all the moments we shared over these last 58 years!

I have known Sue since grammer school. However, we became good friends when our daughter moved to Maine. She had the biggest heart and her family  meant so much to her.She was an inspiration to me. I am so happy I was able to see her this May.. I really didn't ever think it would be the last time. I will miss her so so much. She taught me a lot about life. I will cherish our friendship forever.

Sue and I met one another at Benjamin Franklin Elementary School and our friendship grew over the years as we lived near one another. I have many fond memeories of her and grew closer to her over the last several years. We met two years ago over lunch when Bob & I traveled to Maine and we shared many memories of Platt High School. She fought bravely and with faith. I know her family willl treasure the memories book she created last year.

I know she at peace and I send her my love.
