MILLBURY – Deborah Ann Langkopf, 74, passed away on Monday October 2nd after a courageous five-year battle with cancer.

Deborah leaves behind her children, Allison Langkopf of Millbury, Benjamin Langkopf and spouse JoAnn of Millbury, and Jonathan Langkopf and spouse Kelly of Marietta, GA, their father Andrew Langkopf of Millbury, her sister-in-law Ann Langkopf of Hobe Sound FL, nephew and niece John and Sara Langkopf of Rochester, NY, grandchildren Connor Langkopf of Dracut, Ryan, Andrew and Brayden Langkopf of Millbury, and Savannah, Kylie and Caden Langkopf of Marietta GA. She was predeceased by her parents Olga and Edward DeSandre of Meriden CT, her oldest son Jason Langkopf and his wife Annette Langkopf of Dracut. In addition, Deborah leaves behind her beloved dog, Lady.

Deborah was born in Meriden Connecticut in 1949. Although she lost her mother at a young age, Deborah grew up surrounded by her extended family. She graduated from Platt HS class of 1967.  Deborah attended Boston College and graduated in 1971 with a BS in nursing. Deborah spent her more than 50-year career as a Registered Nurse specializing in the area of Developmental Disabilities. Deborah cherished spending time with her family and was extremely proud of all of her grandchildren. She looked forward to her annual vacation on Cape Cod as well as visiting other New England beaches. Deborah also enjoyed traveling, cooking and reading.  Spending sunny summer days by the pool watching her grandchildren having fun was a favorite activity.
