Well, let's see....moved to Arlington to attend The University of Texas at Arlington shortly after graduating high school where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2003. Began working as a Registered Nurse at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, where I am still employed to this day. In case you are not familiar with the hospital, it's known as "the county hospital." JPS is THE place to start your nursing career! I love my job and I love the people I work with. Sure, there are the days from hell and the days you vow never to return, but as soon as you go home, get yourself some breakfast (I work nights) and have a long, relaxing shower, you're ready to do it all over again. I wouldn't change it for the world!
