Some of you may know I collect antique maps and am very involved in the collecting community, so viewing items such as these in the Library of Congress Geography & Maps Division vaults is fun for me.  Unrelated to Mexico, among other treasures I was able to peruse the relief maps used by Eisenhower and staff to plan the Normandy invasion.
