So sorry to read this today. I had just pulled out my yearbook and saw what Caryn had written in it. We sat near each other in homeroom, and she always had a smile on her face. RIP Caryn.
I saw the best rock concert of my life with Caryn. We drove from Tallahassee to Mobile, Alabama, June 27, 1972, took a swim in Mobile Bay, and went to a concert opening with Martha and the Vandellas, followed by Stevie Wonder, then The Rolling Stones. I'm crying.
There is a picture of the two of us on a fire engine on a calendar our senior year.
