Personal Note from David Damien 5/28/2018:

I met Linda the summer before second grade when my family moved to Miami. She lived three house down from us on the other side of the street. Our neighborhood had many kids around our age and we all played together for many years.

We went to the same schools from second grade through graduation. I remember in the sixth grade our teacher, Mr. Gomulinski, liked to give us last names of students on our spelling tests. I had to learn how to "Uffenorde" that year!

I lost touch with Linda after going into the Navy in 1969. I heard about occurrences in her life through her brother Mike. I was sad to her of her complication from diabetes and her passing.

Post with my permission.
