Alan Furstenau

 

Our beloved son, brother, grandson and friend, Alan Robert Furstenau, 18, died August 17, 1992 of injuries sustained in an auto accident.

Born October 7, 1973 in Murray, Utah, a son of Robert Allen and Jeanette Louise Nance Furstenau. Graduate of Hillcrest High School, 1992. Member of the LDS Church and had just received his mission call to the Curitiba Brazil Mission. He was an avid rock climber, skier, water skier, scuba diver, sky diver and enjoyed life to the fullest. His greatest pleasure was his friends.Survived by parents, two sisters and one brother; Jennifer, Amy and Chris; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Alton Nance.

Funeral services will be held Thurs., 12 noon, Aug. 20, 1992 at Midvalley 7th LDS Ward Chapel, 8050 So 1100 East. Friends may call at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 So Highland Dr., Wed. from 5-9 p.m. and Thurs. at the ward chapel from 10:30-11:30 a.m. prior to services.

Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.

I am so grateful to of known and been with Alan Furstenau and Jeff Clark at their passing August 17th, 1992. They loved and lived life to the fullest, and loved all their friends and family. Hillcrest wouldn't be the same without them!!
