My Dear Bruce, do not know where to start. How do you say goodby to someone who has been such a true friend since the first grade. What a great guy. Had to grow up at such a young age after loosing your dad in the sixth grade and you stepped up to the plate and did great. Thank you for the visits and the phone calls we shared up until a month before you left us. So many secrets and encouragement did we share over those 53 years.....what a blessing you were and how sweet are the memories. I am still sorry I pushed you in the lake with your new leather boots on and I can truly say that was the only time you got mad at me for those 53 years. I know Barbara and the kids still miss you. So very much. You would have been surprised at all the people who turned out for your funeral and I have to say you would have loved it.

What a nice person Bruce was. I was so sad to learn of his death. The world will be a bit dimmer with the loss of his smile and his laugh.Wanda Bowdoin (Honrath)
