Bill lived in Atlanta for many years. Following the death of his father in 2009, he returned to Milledgeville to help take care of his mother. He adored his family, his friends, sports and his home town. Bill had a wonderful gift of making those around him laugh and feel good. He touched many with his kindness and his wonderful sense of humor. Bill will be greatly missed by those whose lives he crossed paths with.
