Beloved husband and soulmate for 49 years and 11 months to Carol (nee Weaver). Loving dad of David (LuAnn) Baker, Diane (Craig) Hackett, Derek (Rachel) Baker and Dawn Baker. Cherished grandpa of Megan, Mark, Danny, Matthew and Bryan. Brother of James (Patricia) Baker. Also survived by many special relatives and friends. Lee's family wishes to thank all of his doctors, nurses and devoted caregivers throughout the years. Memorial gathering at the Funeral Home Thursday, March 18, 2010, 4-6:45 PM. Memorial Service 7 PM.
