Passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, January 30th 2019 at the age of 77.

A celebration of Dan’s life will take place on his birthday, May 21st at 2:30pm at Valley View Park- Area 2 (5051 S Sunny Slope Rd, New Berlin WI).

“I want to make May 21 a celebration of Dan’s remarkable life. It would have been his 78th birthday. This is a place for us to all be together since his passing on January 30. Our sorrow may be deep and painful, which tell us how much we loved him and how much he loved us. Yet his gifts to us are happiness, friendship, love, humor and great stories. We will not let that go, or to have it be overwhelmed by sadness. So please join us with your “Dan stories” to share, with gratitude for his life. Military honors will take place at 3:30, followed by special foods and special treats and surprises that Dan loved and would want you to enjoy, too.”
