Entered into Eternal Life on March 10, 2014, at the age of 62, after a long battle with cancer. Loving husband of Colleen (nee McCaigue) for 35 years. Loving father of Alan (Teresa) and Amy (Greg). Proud papa of Collin, Teagan, and Greyson. Also loved by his twin sister Diane (Daniel) Carstens, nephew Shawn (Shannon), great-nephew Maxwell, the Holland Family, his dear friend Dr. Landy Bonelli, other relatives, and friends.

David worked at Otto's Elm Grove Liquor for many years and will be missed by the entire Otto's Liquor family.
