Passed away April 29, 2016. Age 63. Loving husband and best friend of Erin. Beloved father of Eric (Crystal), Joe (Jen), Steve (Becca), Nicholas (Natalie) Schmitt and Natalie (Joe) Kolins. Proud grandpa of Koen, Ian, Wilkin, Madison and Jocelyn. Further survived by his dear brother Bob (Jean), his dear sister Patty, other relatives and friends.

Visitation at the Funeral Home on Friday May 6, 2016 from 4:00PM until time of Memorial Service and Military Honors at 7:00PM.

Jeff served his country in the Air Force. He was retired from AT&T and served as Union Steward.He was a part-time bread baker at Cousins in Germantown.
