Saturday, April 21, 2018. Age 65 years. Cherished companion for 37 years to the love of his life Joan Zajac. Father of Craig (Dannielle) Moore and Jenny Moore. Grandfather of Emma and Mason. Dear brother of Sue Ann Wirth, Bobby (Peggy) Moore and Barbara Moore Senner. Preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Ruth Moore. Further survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and cherished members of the Zajac and Moore families. 

Memorial visitation at the Funeral Home Friday, April 27, 2018 from 11AM - 1 PM. Memorial service at 1 PM. A special thank you to Hometown Hospice for helping at this most difficult time. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
