Edith Gulbrandson (Klemp) - Class Of 1972

 

Edith Ellen Klemp, age 58, of Kiel went home to be with her Lord late Friday evening, June 15, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on May 8, 1954 in Milwaukee daughter of the late Orville and Dorothy (Myer) Gulbrandson. 

She was a graduate of Washington High School and also attended Concordia College. 

On May 12, 1973 she married Gary Klemp in Milwaukee. 

Edith was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Plymouth. 

During her working years she worked for The Rehabilitation Center of Sheboygan County, and was also the founder of Lutherans for Life of Sheboygan.

She is survived by her loving husband Gary, two children Kyle (Heather) Klemp, Catherine (Chris) Vorpagel, five grandchildren Jared, Jackson, Ellana, Sawyer, and Trevor, and three siblings David Gulbrandson, Catherine (Alan) Marriott, and Paula Famularo. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 7 PM on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at St. John Lutheran Church in Plymouth with the Rev. Nathan Meador officiating. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 4 PM until the time of service. 

A memorial fund has been established in the name of Edith E. Klemp.
