Absolutely loved him as my english teacher, I graduated in 1980. I loved everything about him!. He was inspiring and I loved his smile. He was always willing to help his students and made us feel important. May he rest in peace.
Mr.Kurtz was fun to be around. I remember a classmate and I went with him to pick up corsages for homecoming when we were on the homecoming committee. I was also briefly in his drama club and it was so much fun. R.I.P
He is the one teacher I will never forget..He helped me and a few classmates through a couple of hard times (teenagers being teenagers). Always looked forward to his class and his humor. Rest in peace sir....
