Ike was my best friend in High School and up until the day he passed away. There has never been a guy as cool and laid back, and as hard-working and loyal. Some people called him "Turtle" (because he moved so slow on the football field), his family called him "Bubba", I called him "Jambo" (Swahili for hello). He is surely missed. Damon
I'm very sad to hear of Ike's passing. He and I were locker-neighbors in the football locker room, and of course, teammates. Talk about fast hands, Ike had them. Some great memories dampened a bit by this news.

OMG NO!!!!!!!!!!! I swear Ike was the reason I set up this profile!!!!!!!! I wanted to know how he was doing. My heart is sincerely broken!!!!!! Does ANYONE know when or how he died? He was the SWEETEST guy that I can remember in High School. He asked me to the prom!!!!! I'm typing this with tears in my eyes. R.I.P. Ike :-(
