Ann Forsythe passed away on 2/9/2006 of Breast Cancer. Ann was living in Grafton, Wisconsin at the time of her passing. She is survived by Mike Bauer (husband) Jenny (Scott) Andrae, Eric (Michelle) Bauer, Justin Bauer and 5 grandaughters.
