I Graduated from Northwestern College in 1987, and finished my MS from the University of North Texas in 1995.
In the middle of that I met & married my wife Sue. We have 2 kids - Kirsten is 13 and Matthew is 10.
I worked in administration with Covenant Retirement Communities at two facilities in California and moved to Buffalo in 1999. When the facility was sold, I made a career change into selling real estate. I was a realtor, sales manager, and broker until from 2002 to late last year.
Last December I returned to the industry where I have my education and most of my experience. I am the director at the Lighthouse of Waconia, an 82 unit assisted living community. We have both general assisted living and memory care, and I love being back working with seniors.
We are active members at Buffalo Covenant Church - Sue volunteers in the children's area and I am the Treasurer on the council.
