MITCHELL - Kevin Pemberton, 36, of Mitchell died at 1:30 a.m. Saturday at Bedford Regional Medical Center.

Born June 22, 1967, in Paoli, he was the son of Alan and Donna (Smith) Pemberton.

He had been employed at United Technologies of Mitchell.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Donna and Todd Duncan of Mitchell; his father and stepmother, Alan and Theresa Pemberton of Oklahoma; maternal grandmother, Peggy Smith of Mitchell; paternal step-grandmother, Pearl Duncan of Mitchell; one sister, Kelle Manners of Mitchell; one half-sister, Alyssa Pemberton of Oklahoma; one stepbrother, Aaron Creekmore of Oklahoma; and one stepsister, Angie Creekmore of Oklahoma.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Talbott Cemetery in Mitchell with Pastor Steve Epley officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday at Haverly Mortuary of Mitchell.
