A funeral for Elmar Foos, 28, of Arvada, who died November 13, 1989, was at St. Paul's Church in Mitchell, Neb, with Pastor Walter Cline officiating. Inurnment was in the Fairview Cemetery at Scottsbluff, Neb. The body was cremated.

A memorial was established for her daughter's education.

Elmar was born March 2, 1961, at Scottsbluff, to E. Harvey and Harriett (Loos) Foos. She graduated from Mitchell High School. She attended Nebraska Western College one year and attended Union College in Lincoln, Neb. She worked at Lincoln Manor care facility at Lincoln until October 1988, when she moved to Arvada to live with her sister Kathy Foos.

Survivors include her daughter Clarice; mother, brothers Harvey and William, sisters Jennifer Bush and Kathy.

She was preceded in death by her father.
