Linda Bohl (Lovested)

Linda Lovested, 67, East Moline, died Thursday, September 10, 2015 at Genesis West, Davenport. Funeral services are 11 AM Saturday at Christ United Methodist Church, East Moline. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is from 10 AM until service time at the church. Memorials may be made to Black Hawk Area Special Education.

Linda Bohl was born on July 22, 1948 in Moline, the daughter of Theodore and Sophie (Janowski) Bohl. She married Alan B. Lovested on November 18, 1967 in Moline. She graduated from Moline High School. Linda had worked as part of a maid service, did in home day care, helped with the animals at Oak Knoll, worked at Ben Franklin and at Country Woods, Moline. She loved the time she spent with her family and dearly loved her grandchildren. She enjoyed, playing cards, doing stitching and crafts. Linda was a wonderful mother and friend.

Survivors include her children, Jodi (Jason) Jensen, Hampton, Tiffany (Brad) Miller, Sherrard and Jennifer Lovested, East Moline, grandchildren, James Alan Jensen and Lily Mae Miller, brother, Ron (Norma) Bohl, Florida, sister-in-law, Carolyn Bohl, Milan, step brothers, Ray (Phyllis) Tysma, Port Byron and Allen (Helen) Tysma, East Moline, and step sister, Marie White, Geneseo.

She was preceded in death by her father, Theodore Bohl, mother, Sophie Tysma, husband, Alan and brother, Ted Bohl.
