Janelle was born February 18, 1965, in Moline, the daughter of Victor Barnett and Patricia Gavette. She married David Kline on July 26, 1985 in East Moline. She was self-employed through Janelle’s Commercial Cleaning Company which she started in 1987.

She was a very proud grandmother, and loved her dog, Sienna.

Survivors include her husband, David; son, Brandon Kline, Moline; granddaughter, Lola M. Kline, Moline; sister, Victoria Hanson, of California; brother, Rick (Kim) Arp-Barnett, Detroit, MI; parents; grandmother; Bette Gavette-Barnette, of Michigan; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her son, Anthony Kline; brother, Scott Barnett; mother-in-law, Marilyn Kline; and nephew, Jason Barnett.
