Scot L. Fort, 56, of Moline, passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Genesis Medical Center, Silvis.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11am Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Sacred Heart Church, Moline with visitation one hour prior to the service. Private burial will be at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Church or TTT Campaign.

Scot was born October 31, 1964 in Moline, the son of William V. and Elsie (Lootens) Fort.
Scot graduated from Moline High School. He worked at Hodge Industries, Davenport.
Scot was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Moline and East End Bolders Club, Moline. He loved music and going to concerts and was an avid fan of sports especially NASCAR, Packers, Dodgers and Hawkeyes.

Survivors include his brother, Donald Lewis (Pami Triebel), Moline; sister-in-law, Mary Lewis, Moline; nephews, Troy and Jason and nieces, Margo and Shelly and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James Lewis.
