Teresa De La O Moreno, 70, of Texas City, TX, formerly of Carlsbad, NM, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on Tuesday, August 9th, 2016. 

A visitation and viewing was held on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 1 pm, with a Service immediately following at Carnes Funeral Home in Texas City, TX. 

Teresa was predeceased by parents, Manuel and Jesuslta De La O; sister Elena Lozano; 3 brothrs; sister-in-law, Oralia Hinojos; brother-in-law, Max Calderon; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Anita and Geronimo Moreno.

She is survived by loving and devoted husband of 49 years, Ernest Moreno; daughters Christine Ramirez (Julio Ramirez) of Texas City and Carol Fairchild (Kyle Steger) of League City; grandchildren, Julio Ramirez III and Patrick Ramirez of Texas City, Melanie Fairchild and Payton Fairchild of League City; sister-in-law Connie Calderon of Carlsbad, NM,; brothers-in-law, Luis Moreno (Corina Moreno) and Eloy Moreno of Carlsbad, NM:  numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
