Thanks, everyone, for your well wishes! It is so nice to hear from old friends. I keep all of the sweet memories of my times with you very close to my heart.
It seems that each day brings strange new experiences for which I had never planned. It's amazing how life does that for us, isn't it? May all of your days be an adventure as well and God bless you all.
Wingo :-)

It's difficult to comprehend Gary's passing.... this is the first I've heard of it..... but none the less, I'm sorry to hear it.... we are losing far too many of our number....... it's like being back in Vietnam.
My favorite memory of Gary was when we were playing a football game once I don't even remember against who I think it was in Junior High and I use to pull out of the line(pulling guard) and run around the end blocking for him and or Herbert Zerbel or whoever was carrying. Of course Wingo and Zerbel were lightning fast so as soon as I took out the end or linebacker or whoever was there many times they were gone for a long run.
This particular occasion Gary had been carrying the ball alot and had sustained some fairly intense hits. One of which must of gave him a slight concussion because when he came over and set back down on the bench by me he pulled off his helmet and looked kinda confused and I ask him if he was alright and he said "where are we?", in a little while he said "who we playing?" ,that went on for awhile............ I'll never forget it.
Personally I always liked Gary Dee and thought alot of him as I'm sure we all did. May he rest in peace!

So very sad to hear about Gary's passing and such a shock. I agree with Mike Smith that way too many of our classmates have left us. Makes one really stop and think about our priorities at this stage in our life. Everyday is a gift.
I remember that Gary was in my biology class. I sat at a table with Gary and Sam Massey. They use to have great fun in making me be the one to dissect whatever. Quite entertaining.
Gary was one of the good guys. A great human being. Gone from us far too soon.

I was so shocked to hear about Gary's passing! He was always full of life and never seemed too full of himself, even though he was very handsome, popular and a great athlete. I remember that he lived next door to Ann Loftin and she and I would visit him sometimes. I remember how excited we were when Gary moved to Monahans and displayed his amazing speed. He was really an asset to the Loboes football team and to track as well. It seems like way too many of our classmates are in bad health or have passed away. Makes you glad that you are as healthy as you are. We all need to hang in there and be sure and make it to the 50th reunion in Monahans.
I agree with Bennie--he and many others are gone too soon! Rest in Peace, Gary! You will be remembered!

What a shock when I heard about Gary's passing. I know he is "looking down" on us and saying, "Have a good time for me". Gary, you're so missed.
