Mr. Robert L. “Biker Bob” Kelley, Galesburg Chapel

61, of 659 N. Farnham St., Galesburg died 10:05 AM Friday, December 11, 2009 at Galesburg Cottage Hospital.
He was born August 5, 1948 in Monmouth, IL to Robert L. and Martha Matilda Smith Kelley. He married Rebecca Shane.
Surviving are 3 sons, Chris, Kyle and Robert Kelley of Galesburg, a daughter, Ashley Kelley of Galesburg, a sister, Martha Kelley of Monmouth and a grandchild.  He is survived by Pamela Taylor whom he shared his home.   He is also survived by a large circle of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Mathew Kelley and a brother, Gary Kelley.
Bob was a warehouseman for Gates Rubber Company for 26 years and also worked for Chilly Willy’s Custom Cycle Parts in Galesburg. He was a life member of H.O.G. He loved the Chicago Cubs and his dogs. He enjoyed traveling and riding his Harley Davidson and Honda motorcycles.
Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Tuesday December 22, 2009 in East Linwood Cemetery.  Friends are welcome to bring memories to share.  Also a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.   Memorials may be made to the Galesburg Rescue Mission or the charity of the donor’s choice.  Hinchliff-Pearson-West is in charge of arrangements.
