Michael David Woerly, age 72, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2021. Michael was born April 25, 1949.

A visitation for Michael will be held Friday, January 7, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225. A funeral mass will occur Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 11665 Fort Caroline Road, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
