Beloved companion of Anna. Loving and devoted father of David, Joey and Mitchell. Dear brother of Richard and Alexander (Judy). Dear uncle of Laura, Melanie and Stephanie. Cousin of Nory, Elliott and Gregory. He will be sadly missed by his family and all who knew him. The family would like to thank Dr. Sandy Bronet, the doctors, nurses and staff of the Jewish General Hospital Palliative Care and Pulmonary Oncology Units for their exceptional care and compassion.

Evan was a wonderful musician and a lovely young man.My last memory of Evan was at age 14 playing the piano whilst a happy group of us sang along. Evan had the most unusual colour of eyes I have ever seen! My condolences to his family and close friends. Fiona Mowat
