I did not know her well but had an opportunity to work with her briefly when submitting some artwork for the Focus Annual. I always admired her intelligence and sense of style. She was very mature for her age. 10 years ago I met a woman who was married to a very charming gentleman by the name of Bella Treiser. Only this week did I find out that Carole was his daughter. For your records she passed away in California in 2003. Her father died 3 years later.
