In Memory of William R. Torgerson Jr.
Born: May 29, 1971
Passed Away: May 20, 1989
Bill had lived all his life in Moses Lake. He was very active in the V.I.C.A. Club. He loved working on vehicles. When he wasn’t doing that he loved camping with his friends. Bill is very much missed.

I still have a special book i borrowed from billy in Health Occ class called "the traveler." He was reading it in class and when i showed an interest in it, he graciously said he would let ME read it before finishing it. I was never able to give it back but think of him every time i find it during a move. I always dust it off and think how sweet of a memory he left behind with me that day without even knowing what a lasting one it would be.Tammy Berkley (Maccini)
Bill died the year we were graduating. He was in a car accident with some other students. I don't recall the month he died, but I do recall the incident and time frame.Tammy (Berkley) Maccini

I REMBER THIS IT WAS A VERY SAD TIME. I DIDN'T REALLY KNOWN HIM BUT HE WAS WAY TO YOUNG TO STOP LIVING.. I FOUND OUT LATER WHO WAS THE GENTLEMAN THAT PROVIDED THE ALCHOL TO THEM. AND HE DID HAVE A LOT OF GUILT ABOUT ITLady Rouen Sterling
I think about my cousin often. I wasn't a part of the in crowd so was never invited ... but we had fun none the less. R.I.Peace cousin.
