Cork Powell has reported that Jack Howe passed away on 30 July 2021 in Portland, Maine. A long-time resident of Elburn, Illinois, Jack had moved to Portland to be with a son who eventually died of cancer. Jack is survived by his daughter Margot and son Ryan.
