June 13, 1952 -- June 16, 2010

Peter D. Zelesket, age 58, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Wednesday, June 16 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. Peter was born on June 13, 1952 in Mt. Pleasant. His mother is Barbara Landon Zelesket of Mt. Pleasant, MI. His father is Peter Zelesket of Mt. Pleasant, MI.
A celebration of Peters life was held on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 2:00 PM from the Helms Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Rev. Chuck Swarthout officiating. Interment was in Chippewa Township cemetery. The family will received friends at Helms Funeral Home on Friday, June 18, from 5 to 8 pm.
Peter was a lifetime resident of the area and was employed as a counselor at Central Michigan Mental Health Center. He enjoyed antique shopping, gardening, decorating, stained glass artwork, motorcycle riding, and his circle of close friends.
Peter is survived by his mother, Barbara Landon of Mt. Pleasant; a brother, Jonathan Landon of Springboro, OH; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
