According to a newspaper article read by a classmate, Mary Jo died in a car accident about 4 - 5 years ago. Another friend heard it mentioned at mass that weekend at St. Raymond's. If anyone has any more information about this, please pass it on.
Mary was killed a few years ago, probably 3 or 4. She was driving on a wet night, and slid into the back of huge truck, dead on impact. I don't know who is raising her son, who is in the high school age range. Its sad how the whole family is gone.....
Mary and I lived up the street from each other. We were good friends up until high school. Like a lot us us, we grew apart. I still remember the good times and miss her.
Mary Jo lived kitty corner from me. We grew up together. At the 20th reunion I saw her BBQing in front of the house she grew up in! She still lived there! It was a kick to see here again. I'm so sorry to hear about this accident. She was married I think - I hope her husband is alive and well to parent her son.
