I did not realize that Dave was gone, very depressiing to hear. Dave and I were good friends, especially our Senior year, when we shared many classes together: calculus with Mr. Purcell, Physics with Dr. Bender (remember Bendo units?!), but especially World Lit with Van Witzenburg, where we had great fun making fun of everyone else! Dave, you will be missed!

I remember Dave and his wife at the 20th reunion, he was working in Chicago and California, and volunteering his time to help children who had vision problems and needed reconstructive surgery. He and his wife had two little children and were very happy at that time. We were in homeroom together and he always had a joke or funny story to tell.

I remember Dave as well. We spent a lot of time in Mr. Bender's physics class joking about Bendo units and generally cutting up. Dave was always a cheerful guy with a quick wit. News of his passing is sad.
